Death is omniscient. This means, she knows just about everything, specifically those who fall under her threshold. Those being if a character has died whether in canon or game, has killed someone whether in canon or game, someone close to them has died, or if they are obsessed with death. In these situations, characters are free to recognize or find her vaguely familiar.

But since Death visits everyone when they are born, she does know everyone, what they think, say, or do. Since this is a pretty godmoddy (heh) power, it'd be great if you'd fill out her permissions post.

Remember, the personal information can be as detailed or as vague as you'd like. You can talk about anything, if you think or would like Death to know about it. Feel free to link Wiki pages if you think that would help. Death is friendly and will rarely never use this information maliciously.

You are also free to opt out of all of this, if you wish for your character not to be known by Death! If so, just let me know here.

Death's role within the City:

communicate with + plot with dead PCs, although this will need mod permission each time you do it
communicate with those dead NPCs that don't go to the City equivalent of the afterlife
help some of the dead NPC ghosts that don't/haven't gone there get in/move on, although she can't enter it herself
her ~special connection~ and such with people who have died before, PCs obviously since NPCs are dead for good when they go

I'm not blessed, or merciful. I'm just me. I've got a job to do, and I do it.

One day in every century Death takes on mortal flesh, better to comprehend what the lives she must feel like, to taste the bitter tang of mortality: And this price she must pay for being the divider of the living from all that has gone before, all that must come after.
