Death is omniscient. This means, she knows just about everything, specifically those who fall under her threshold. Those being if a character has died whether in canon or game, has killed someone whether in canon or game, someone close to them has died, or if they are obsessed with death. In these situations, characters are free to recognize or find her vaguely familiar.
But since Death visits everyone when they are born, she does know everyone, what they think, say, or do. Since this is a pretty godmoddy (heh) power, it'd be great if you'd fill out her permissions post.
Remember, the personal information can be as detailed or as vague as you'd like. You can talk about anything, if you think or would like Death to know about it. Feel free to link Wiki pages if you think that would help. Death is friendly and will rarely never use this information maliciously.
You are also free to opt out of all of this, if you wish for your character not to be known by Death! If so, just let me know here.

Have they died in canon? Were they revived coming into game? yes! she's taken directly after being killed.

Who have they killed? WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE IN CANON FOR ME TO LIST, but in game Selina and like basically half the population of a town in Savoletta, also any random stranger bitch NPCs in her logs who I cannot even remember. Indirectly, she's responsible for even more. :/
What would you like Death to know about your character? Is there anything she should know? Anything on her wiki is cool! She's capable of "dying" again and again without permanently... dying... and turning into dust... ALSO HER ENTIRE BODY IS FORMED AROUND A CORE OF THOUSANDS OF TORTURED HUMAN SOULS AND EVERY TIME SHE HEALS USING THAT ENERGY THEY'RE BASICALLY DYING ALL OVER AGAIN...
