Death is omniscient. This means, she knows just about everything, specifically those who fall under her threshold. Those being if a character has died whether in canon or game, has killed someone whether in canon or game, someone close to them has died, or if they are obsessed with death. In these situations, characters are free to recognize or find her vaguely familiar.
But since Death visits everyone when they are born, she does know everyone, what they think, say, or do. Since this is a pretty godmoddy (heh) power, it'd be great if you'd fill out her permissions post.
Remember, the personal information can be as detailed or as vague as you'd like. You can talk about anything, if you think or would like Death to know about it. Feel free to link Wiki pages if you think that would help. Death is friendly and will rarely never use this information maliciously.
You are also free to opt out of all of this, if you wish for your character not to be known by Death! If so, just let me know here.

Have they died in canon? Were they revived coming into game? Nope!
Have they died in game? Not yet!
Has anyone close to them died in game or canon? LMAO YES though she didn't exactly like her husband (Luis), I'm assuming his death counts as ~someone close~. Also crewmates from previous adventures she's gotten to know have probably died as well. Luis is more important because after his death her life became wonderful and she because the captain of his ship.
Have they killed in canon? Have they killed in game? YES she's killed loads of people. part of the job of being a pirate, and also Hawke's party in general just...kills a lot of people because there are so many human enemies in DA2.
Who have they killed? general no-names, unimporant NPCs. i'm sure some of them have names when it comes to her killing in DA2 but i literally cannot think of them for they hold little to no importance.
What would you like Death to know about your character? Is there anything she should know? Basically anything from her background will do just nicely! And the events from DA2 up until the point where the Chantry goes kablooey because that's the part she's taken from. Death does have a big role in Isabela's type of lifestyle.
Can Death utilize this information? Sure!
