Death is omniscient. This means, she knows just about everything, specifically those who fall under her threshold. Those being if a character has died whether in canon or game, has killed someone whether in canon or game, someone close to them has died, or if they are obsessed with death. In these situations, characters are free to recognize or find her vaguely familiar.
But since Death visits everyone when they are born, she does know everyone, what they think, say, or do. Since this is a pretty godmoddy (heh) power, it'd be great if you'd fill out her permissions post.
Remember, the personal information can be as detailed or as vague as you'd like. You can talk about anything, if you think or would like Death to know about it. Feel free to link Wiki pages if you think that would help. Death is friendly and will rarely never use this information maliciously.
You are also free to opt out of all of this, if you wish for your character not to be known by Death! If so, just let me know here.

Have they died in canon? Were they revived coming into game? Died at the end of her canon, nuked in space. So yeah, revived on the way in.
Have they died in game? Nope.
Has anyone close to them died in game or canon? Yeah, her boyfrand, Max/Electro. ;_;
Have they killed in canon? Have they killed in game? Yes and yes. Kicking people in half and accidentally ripping arms off counts.
Who have they killed? Terrorists canonly, and thugs and criminal scum of evilness in the City. Mostly not on purpose. She tries to avoid the murdering.
What would you like Death to know about your character? Is there anything she should know? That she died flying a nuke into space to save her kid, her city, and that her son's growing up without her under the care of the goody-goody 'heroes' that got her killed. Uh. other.. things? Anything, really. Her app is here. Except instead of super speed, she's got costume malfunction.
Can Death utilize this information? Yesss.
