Death is omniscient. This means, she knows just about everything, specifically those who fall under her threshold. Those being if a character has died whether in canon or game, has killed someone whether in canon or game, someone close to them has died, or if they are obsessed with death. In these situations, characters are free to recognize or find her vaguely familiar.
But since Death visits everyone when they are born, she does know everyone, what they think, say, or do. Since this is a pretty godmoddy (heh) power, it'd be great if you'd fill out her permissions post.
Remember, the personal information can be as detailed or as vague as you'd like. You can talk about anything, if you think or would like Death to know about it. Feel free to link Wiki pages if you think that would help. Death is friendly and will rarely never use this information maliciously.
You are also free to opt out of all of this, if you wish for your character not to be known by Death! If so, just let me know here.

Birthdate/Place: March 14th, date unknown but it's well over 1000 years in the future after a devastating nuclear war

Have they died in game? Yes, he fell down nearly all the stairs in the Statue of Liberty by accident
Has anyone close to them died in game or canon? His parents are dead (his adopted dog parents, he never knew his bio parents). In game Terezi died, they weren't together at the time like they are now, but he had a mega crush on her when it happened.
