Death is omniscient. This means, she knows just about everything, specifically those who fall under her threshold. Those being if a character has died whether in canon or game, has killed someone whether in canon or game, someone close to them has died, or if they are obsessed with death. In these situations, characters are free to recognize or find her vaguely familiar.
But since Death visits everyone when they are born, she does know everyone, what they think, say, or do. Since this is a pretty godmoddy (heh) power, it'd be great if you'd fill out her permissions post.
Remember, the personal information can be as detailed or as vague as you'd like. You can talk about anything, if you think or would like Death to know about it. Feel free to link Wiki pages if you think that would help. Death is friendly and will rarely never use this information maliciously.
You are also free to opt out of all of this, if you wish for your character not to be known by Death! If so, just let me know here.

Have they died in canon? Were they revived coming into game? No, and no.
Have they died in game? Nope.
Has anyone close to them died in game or canon? Victor Strange, Stephen's brother was killed by walking into traffic. It had a very profound effect on him and he chose to cryogenically freeze Victor's body on the off-chance that he could be revived later. Dracula found out about this and turned Victor into a vampire. It was a very messy situation and Stephen blames himself for it. He also blames himself for being unable to save his younger sister Donna from a swimming accident when he was a 1st year med student.
Have they killed in canon? Have they killed in game? In canon, Strange banishes demons routinely. I'm not sure if that counts as killing? But I'm sure he's had to end a few. He was also involved in the death of Nicodemus West, another sorcerer. It's another of those situations where Stephen was not responsible, but be blames himself for being unable to save him? Even though through astral projection just slightly after his death, Nicodemus spoke with him quite pleasantly. He also blames himself for the "shelfing" of Casey Kinmont, a young would-be sidekick who got her soul stolen and locked in a magical bottle.
Who have they killed? FFFF. No one, but he blames himself for the deaths of Victor Strange, Donna Strange, Nicodemus West, and Casey Kinmont. Probably other more random characters who I'm forgetting as well.
What would you like Death to know about your character? Is there anything she should know? He's a sorcerer! He hasn't died before, but he's kind of... aware of death? Since he's old, he has a mortality complex and feels it looming a little.
Can Death utilize this information? Yes.
