Death is omniscient. This means, she knows just about everything, specifically those who fall under her threshold. Those being if a character has died whether in canon or game, has killed someone whether in canon or game, someone close to them has died, or if they are obsessed with death. In these situations, characters are free to recognize or find her vaguely familiar.
But since Death visits everyone when they are born, she does know everyone, what they think, say, or do. Since this is a pretty godmoddy (heh) power, it'd be great if you'd fill out her permissions post.
Remember, the personal information can be as detailed or as vague as you'd like. You can talk about anything, if you think or would like Death to know about it. Feel free to link Wiki pages if you think that would help. Death is friendly and will rarely never use this information maliciously.
You are also free to opt out of all of this, if you wish for your character not to be known by Death! If so, just let me know here.

Have they died in canon? Were they revived coming into game? Twice!! Sort of. Marc died in the desert and was 'revived by Khonshu' and became Moon Knight. This 'death' is his whole origin! Then Bullseye 'killed' Marc but that one doesn't exactly count, but his personality did essentially vanish and became replaced by Jake.
Have they died in game? Nope!
Has anyone close to them died in game or canon? The most important is probably his brother, who the Punisher killed. Later he was revived, and Jake killed him himself, which caused him to revert back to Marc. But that is after his pullpoint!! IDK if Death will still... know... those things... SH.. RUG...
Have they killed in canon? Have they killed in game? MARC HAS KILLED ALL THE THINGS. Not yet in game, though, since Jake is trying not to do that...
Who have they killed? I'M JUST GOING TO GO WITH THIS IMPORTANT ONE OKAY... Raoul Bushman, his main villain, is likely the biggest deal. After a very long history, Marc brutally fought him, killed him, and uh... ripped his face off... This hung over him for a long time, so much that Khonshu appeared to him as Bushman (sans face...) constantly until Marc 'died' and Jake took over. This signified his entire downfall into depression, his body being broken and everyone he knew leaving him. IT'S A BIG DEAL... I can't recall right now if there's anyone with a Big Name that he's killed, because his villains are so minor that they don't count any more than NPC would BUT HE HAS KILLED MORE OF HIS VILLAINS, and if I do remember something else I'll try to update, right now I'm half awake.
What would you like Death to know about your character? Is there anything she should know? UUHH mostly that killing is a very large fear, temptation and trigger between the identities. Khonshu is constantly asking for death, and Khonshu is hard to ignore... ON THIS NOTE Marc was actually not a constant presence in early Moon Knight! He was shown as this lingering evil of what Steven/Jake could become. He was shown as their worst aspect, as a murderer without remorse, which is true of his mercenary days. SO YEAH...
Can Death utilize this information? Immensely. c:
