Death is omniscient. This means, she knows just about everything, specifically those who fall under her threshold. Those being if a character has died whether in canon or game, has killed someone whether in canon or game, someone close to them has died, or if they are obsessed with death. In these situations, characters are free to recognize or find her vaguely familiar.
But since Death visits everyone when they are born, she does know everyone, what they think, say, or do. Since this is a pretty godmoddy (heh) power, it'd be great if you'd fill out her permissions post.
Remember, the personal information can be as detailed or as vague as you'd like. You can talk about anything, if you think or would like Death to know about it. Feel free to link Wiki pages if you think that would help. Death is friendly and will rarely never use this information maliciously.
You are also free to opt out of all of this, if you wish for your character not to be known by Death! If so, just let me know here.

Have they died in canon? Were they revived coming into game? He HAS died in canon! Neron happened, he went to hell. He got better, like, years ago.
Have they died in game? Nope!
Has anyone close to them died in game or canon? hahahahaha YES. Notably, his sister, Lisa Snart. He ordered the death of his father but didn't actually kill him. Also notably, the original Captain Boomerang and Mirror Master who were Rogues. And the Top, but see:
Have they killed in canon? Have they killed in game? He hasn't killed anyone in game yet, but he's killed a bunch in canon.
Who have they killed? The Top, Chill, Chillblaine (the guy who killed his sister), the second Mr. Element, a bunch of various people over the years -- yeah... I can get more specific if necessary. He also helped kill Bart Allen and Inertia, along with some other rogues. I'M REASONABLY SURE I'M FORGETTING AT LEAST ONE IMPORTANT MURDER... sob
What would you like Death to know about your character? Is there anything she should know? go for it!
Can Death utilize this information? Sure! although give me a heads up if you're gonna mention his murders in public (i don't think you will BUT JUST NOTING)
