Death is omniscient. This means, she knows just about everything, specifically those who fall under her threshold. Those being if a character has died whether in canon or game, has killed someone whether in canon or game, someone close to them has died, or if they are obsessed with death. In these situations, characters are free to recognize or find her vaguely familiar.
But since Death visits everyone when they are born, she does know everyone, what they think, say, or do. Since this is a pretty godmoddy (heh) power, it'd be great if you'd fill out her permissions post.
Remember, the personal information can be as detailed or as vague as you'd like. You can talk about anything, if you think or would like Death to know about it. Feel free to link Wiki pages if you think that would help. Death is friendly and will rarely never use this information maliciously.
You are also free to opt out of all of this, if you wish for your character not to be known by Death! If so, just let me know here.

Birthdate/Place: feb 2nd/gotham!
Have they died in canon? Were they revived coming into game? no!
Have they died in game? no!
Has anyone close to them died in game or canon? in canon batman was technically dead for like... a few days, but not REALLY because it was all planned, and in game dick grayson and terry ward are the people she's closest to that died.
Have they killed in canon? Have they killed in game? in canon no, in game yes she's killed a few criminals!
Who have they killed? LOTS OF LOSER GOOD FOR NOTHING DRUG DEALING/MURDERING/RAPING/WHATEVER DUDES but she hasn't killed anyone in like... 3-4 months.
What would you like Death to know about your character? Is there anything she should know? that killing criminals thing is her BIGGEST SECRET, but the only not-obvious thing i can think of for her.
Can Death utilize this information? sure!

Birthdate/Place: Krynn, UH. CRAZY FANTASY TIME 200+ YEARS AGO.
Have they died in canon? Were they revived coming into game? no BUT SHE WILL, IN LIKE... 8 YEARS.
Have they died in game? yes, once! death by superboy eye-lazer.
Has anyone close to them died in game or canon? in canon: yes! everyone she ever got to know, except for her rider (she'll kill him in about 2 years), and she killed most of them herself. in game, yes again! dick grayson is the only close cr i can think of off-hand...
Have they killed in canon? Have they killed in game? "yes lots" to both.
Who have they killed? in canon, everyone from knights fighting for the opposite sides, to innocent people she felt like killing. in game, mostly hobos for food and people with nice stuff that she wanted to own. but no one lately!
What would you like Death to know about your character? Is there anything she should know? UH I GUESS JUST THAT SHE'S SUPER FAMILIAR WITH DEATH/KILLING BY NOW... she's awfully used to people she likes dying.

Has anyone close to them died in game or canon? his PAAARREEENNNTSSSSS. also lots of inhumans have bitten the dust over the years.
Have they killed in canon? Have they killed in game? in canon yes, when he has to! in game no!
Who have they killed? in canon it's just... people he's fighting against... usually not humans, as far as i know.
What would you like Death to know about your character? Is there anything she should know? HE ACCIDENTALLY KILLED HIS PARENTS HE STILL FEELS BAD
