Death is omniscient. This means, she knows just about everything, specifically those who fall under her threshold. Those being if a character has died whether in canon or game, has killed someone whether in canon or game, someone close to them has died, or if they are obsessed with death. In these situations, characters are free to recognize or find her vaguely familiar.
But since Death visits everyone when they are born, she does know everyone, what they think, say, or do. Since this is a pretty godmoddy (heh) power, it'd be great if you'd fill out her permissions post.
Remember, the personal information can be as detailed or as vague as you'd like. You can talk about anything, if you think or would like Death to know about it. Feel free to link Wiki pages if you think that would help. Death is friendly and will rarely never use this information maliciously.
You are also free to opt out of all of this, if you wish for your character not to be known by Death! If so, just let me know here.

Have they died in canon? Were they revived coming into game? no
Have they died in game? nope
Has anyone close to them died in game or canon? ohyes. Best friend Wyatt, killed by Yuber while trying to unseal the True Water Rune, died in front of Geddoe. Second-best friend, known only as the Flame Champion, died sometime in the previous 5-10 years of old age. Countless comrades-in-arms died in battle; his entire family, most of his village and homeland killed when they were invaded by Harmonia in his youth
Have they killed in canon? Have they killed in game? yep
Who have they killed? lots of Harmonian soldiers, other mercenaries, criminals, a few merchants and possibly innocent bystanders. OH RIGHT god. He killed Zelgadis in-game, while Zel was under Illidan's thrall and not himself.
What would you like Death to know about your character? Is there anything she should know? Geddoe is afraid of death. He has lived his endless life with the True Lightning Rune for almost 80 years and is so used to it that he is afraid to grow old and die. He's also afraid of dying because it means the Rune will be released and probably become hosted by someone else - or, if it reverts to crystal state, will be a point of contention and war from Harmonia - and he doesn't wish that on the future world. He lives a kill-or-be-killed life while steadfastly refusing to die and running from death himself.
Can Death utilize this information? yep!
