Death is omniscient. This means, she knows just about everything, specifically those who fall under her threshold. Those being if a character has died whether in canon or game, has killed someone whether in canon or game, someone close to them has died, or if they are obsessed with death. In these situations, characters are free to recognize or find her vaguely familiar.
But since Death visits everyone when they are born, she does know everyone, what they think, say, or do. Since this is a pretty godmoddy (heh) power, it'd be great if you'd fill out her permissions post.
Remember, the personal information can be as detailed or as vague as you'd like. You can talk about anything, if you think or would like Death to know about it. Feel free to link Wiki pages if you think that would help. Death is friendly and will rarely never use this information maliciously.
You are also free to opt out of all of this, if you wish for your character not to be known by Death! If so, just let me know here.

Have they died in canon? Were they revived coming into game? idk not...really? but he was about a second away from being destroyed when he ported in.
Have they died in game? Nope!
Has anyone close to them died in game or canon? His mother died less than an hour after he was born.

What would you like Death to know about your character? Is there anything she should know? She is welcome to know everything about Tom until he made the diary Horcrux, and then what happened to the Horcrux after.
What is probably most important, though, is that a) Tom is a Horcrux which means his soul is not whole and b) death is pretty much the one thing he is legit terrified of. Specifically his own death; he couldn't care less about death otherwise.
Can Death utilize this information? YES but I'd rather she not mention the Horcrux thing in public if that's all right?
